Directions - From Whitchurch drive south on the A49 and after about 5 miles turn right signposted Prees and drive into the village. Turn right by the shop into Mill Street. Drive down Mill St which then becomes Station Road. Turn right just past the children's play area into Lighteach Road and follow the lane for about 1/2 of a mile and the development is on the left hand side.
