5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Being close to the city centre was very important to me but I also didn’t want to be close enough where I would hear the busyness and loudons yard really did just that. Since, it’s quiet during the weekends and evening.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They were quick to respond to all my questions, since moving in I haven’t had any issues that required me to call in the maintenance staff but, when I first moved Mark and Reece were lovely and very helpful.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wished I would’ve known about the Moda application earlier, as they announce all the events.

It’s a great location, close enough to all the pubs and restaurants but far enough that you don’t hear busy noise and traffic

The range of shops around is good we’re also very local to Morrisons. Noise levels are fine considering we are on a busy road. It’s also very convenient we are next to the tram line.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Upon our move in date being moved due to a misunderstanding with our tenancy we were nearly left without no apartment for a scheduled date. This was quickly solved as Talia spoke with management to ensure we moved in on time!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish we knew a little bit more about utilities and wish we was able to view the exact colour furniture that was in our apartment.
