The location of the site allows straightforward access onto the A92, and it is roughly midway between the Angus towns of Arbroath and Montrose both towns less than 15 minutes driving time away. The Angus towns of Montrose and Arbroath offer a wide selection of shopping facilities, supermarkets, leisure centres and schools at both primary and secondary levels although there is a popular primary school and children’s nursery in the nearby village of Inverkeilor. The surrounding area is mainly open fields.
