This is just a follow up to the recent call with yourself at Leaders who advised that no one from your office would be available to meet our engineers during the appointment windows either tomorrow morning between 8:00am-11:30am or Thursday between 9:00am and 2:30pm.
As you can appreciate, with the number of managing agents we are working with during Phase 2, it is unfortunately not feasible for us to collect and return keys for every property as standard practice.
We currently have these two dates allocated, and each appointment will only take around 10-15 minutes.
Our engineers will be on site between the above times, and if you are able to attend, please call me on your way with your expected time of arrival so I can ensure the engineers come directly to you to minimise the inconvenience to you.
Alternatively, should it be more convenient, we can arrange collection and drop-off of the keys at our call-out fee of £85 + VAT.
