5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The transport links around this property are fabulous, it's really close to Lime Street Station, both tunnels and many bus routes. The traffic noise is minimal. There is work happening on the next door TJ Hughes building, but they are very respectful of time and noise disturbance. I park under the building which is super convenient for me, and all the other facilities are fabulous here. In general I find it peaceful and a lovely place to live, there are many shops and restaurants around here but I haven't explored them all yet. This is a super convenient place to live as there is easy access to everything around and we are really close to Liverpool One etc.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any problems raised have been dealt with promptly and efficiently, there hasn't really been been many though, just small issues.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I'd had time to look around the area and find out which local restaurants/cafe's are the best and where the best places to find locally grown produce are.
