Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There is a large variety of bars and restaurants around situated along the canal which are lovely to sit out at on a nice day and have fabulous drinks and food. Varying from pub grub to lovely wine bars. The bin system is simple and clean with a room located within the building. A 5 minute walk to Leeds train station is great for making journeys and guests visiting.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, all problems I have raised have been responded to and resolved within the day.

The storage space is amazing ! I now have too much space and room for things.

Brilliant scenic location, close to city centre as well as great bars pubs and restaurants. About a 10 minute walk to the city centre but still feels secluded.

All issues we have raised have been dealt with im a timely manner.

I recently moved into Mustard Wharf, and from my first viewing to moving day, the entire experience was outstanding. I’d like to give special thanks to Michael for his excellent client service and professionalism—he’s truly an asset to Mustard Wharf. Not only did he patiently guide me through all the viewings, but he also took the time to answer my random questions and kept me updated throughout the process, making my move seamless. It genuinely felt like receiving a platinum-level service. After moving in, Ellis from reception has been a superstar, efficiently arranging any maintenance requests. Laura from the maintenance team is equally amazing—quick, skilled, and delivering high-quality work every time. Good aspects: Perfect location with easy access to the city, train station, pubs, and restaurants—all within a short walk. The building management is extremely well-organised. Areas for improvement: None at the moment.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I had a few maintenance requests, and they were all handled and fixed promptly within the same day.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I would move in bit earlier. I’m not sure if cleaning the loading bay area falls under Mustard Wharf’s care, but I’ve noticed a little bit of rubbish near the parking. It would be great if it could be tidied up soon!

The local area is lovely! A lot of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Plus the train is just a short walk away. The train can be loud, especially with the windows open but you get used to it.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, I had an issue with cleanliness of the flat when I moved in and Ellen sorted it the exact same day. Coming onsite to sort it then calling me after to confirm it was sorted.0
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had taken the trains into consideration and maybe gone for a flat in a building a bit further away.

Very near city centre and train station, coffe shop amd bakery in the complex, they also hold streetfood events. Very convenient location.

Came to fix waher-dryer and window handle very quickly.
