Consisting of three floors, with a gross private area of 600 square meters, the basement houses the heated swimming pool, with a counter-current swimming mechanism, automatic cover and a removable glass, wood and steel top, which allows it to be transformed into a lounge.
It also includes a games area, a white marble bar, a sauna and a changing room with a full bathroom.
On the first floor is the living room with a magnificent white marble fireplace, the dining room with wooden wainscoting and original built-in furniture, a guest toilet, a large fully equipped kitchen and a laundry area.
On the first floor, there is an office and four suites, one of which is a master with a dressing room.
The attic, with its natural light, has been transformed into a loft with a lounge. The general flooring of the villa is made of macacaúba wood and the bathrooms are made of rare marble. All the bedrooms are en-suite and the bathrooms have hydromassage baths/cabins. Outside there is an annex, in the basement of which there is a wine cellar, on the first floor there is a large lounge and an industrial kitchen, with two suites and three bedrooms.
