All communal doors have a secure door entry system to have control over visitors to the building.

The apartments are thoughtfully designed to allow independence for as long as possible including open or closed plan living, set across three floors, some with balconies or patios and accessible for all via lifts, you will be stunned by the size and the features that have been tailored to meet our resident's needs, making this a truly modern living experience.

The hidden gem of Cathedral Park is the opportunity to revive your social calendar with a selection of activities available at the village hall by reception which you can access in all weather. You will be made to feel welcome, involved, meet new people, mix with friends and allow you to be active throughout the year, all arranged by our Activities Co-Ordinator.

Communal gardens are available offering further space to socialise and engage as a community or with your visitors. Platform will maintain these so gardening will no longer be a worry, you can just relax and enjoy.

Wellbeing of our residents is important to Platform, we have a Wellbeing Advisor available on site to support health and independence, often focusing on preventative care and promoting wellbeing. Additionally, they may help customers access healthcare services and connect them with relevant resources.

* The apartments are offered unfurnished. Cookers, washing machines and fridge freezers are not provided, so you are welcome to bring these with you from your current home if you are able
