    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    The apartment is located in a great area with contemporary offices, a stone throw away from bristol’s main river with scenic views and only a 8 minute walk from Temple Meads. It can be quite noisy throughout the day some times as it is a busy area in general, but the quality sound proof windows do a great job of blocking it all out.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Extremely quick response with no issues going longer than 5 days and major issues fixed within 2.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish I would have known more about the entertainment (i.e. the board games and cooking books available for everyone to use)

    Close to temple meads station, very nice location. Sainsbury is just down stairs which is very nice. Bin Chute embedded in the apartment, very convenient.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    You can easily raise maintenance request on website and the team usually get it done quite quickly.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Do contact the reception team early if you need a parking space.

    Very close to the city centre. Therefore, there's a lot of options in terms of things to do and places to visit.

    Here’s an example you could use: The building management has always responded promptly and professionally to any issues I’ve raised. They communicate clearly about the steps being taken and follow up to ensure everything is resolved. Their approachable attitude and efficiency make it easy to report concerns with confidence.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I was pleasantly surprised to find that the walls are very soundproof, which makes a big difference to privacy and comfort—something you can’t always tell during a viewing. My tip for new neighbours is to make the most of this and enjoy the peace and quiet, and also get to know the building management early on as they are helpful and responsive.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Pros: Great location, very close to the train station Close to Cabot Circus and city centre, very convenient for shopping. Not much traffic noise either, windows are quite noise proof too. Not many cons with the local area/ neighbourhood.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Yes, always very quick to resolve any issues ie light bulb change/ sofa change/ shower sealant replacement.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Good gym facilities, not necessary to have an additional gym membership elsewhere.
