Directions:

From Welshpool take the A483 towards Oswestry for about 5 miles turning right to Shrewsbury on the B4393. Travel through Llandrinio and continue to the traffic light (Llandrinio Bridge over the River Severn). Turn left towards Haughton and after a short distance turn right to Haimwood. Continue for about ½ mile where the land is on the right identified by the auctioneers' sale board. From Shrewsbury take the A458 for about 4 miles and travel through Ford then right on the B4393. Continue for about 8 miles to the traffic lights on the bridge over the River Severn. Go over the bridge and immediately right. Follow directions as above.
