    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Great location. Close to Canary Wharf + chrisp street market. Park is amazing. Bin collection happens everyday which is great. Only problem with the location is people blocking the car park + we can’t move when there’s an emergency. People do gas + balloons at midnight/early morning. Maybe a camera to give ticket would help people blocking it.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Any issues we put on the resident portal gets solved within a day or two or even on the day at times. Recently we had Paul to who to fix an issue. He communicated and updated us and was very friendly and solved our problem very quickly.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Pet friendly and great parking. Issue again is the underground parking gets blocked all the time. And in the night there are people going gas and balloons.

    Area very quiet. A lot of families and close to canal leaving vibe. 25 minutes everwhere- City, Stratford and stone throw from Canary wharf. Easy walking, running, cycling, biking, DLR.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Yes. When balvony door stuck, on line maintenance requested. Next day sorted!

    Internet and Electricity connection / account set up for new tennant could be simpler.

    We lived at Fizzy Poplar for over 5 years. It was great location and lovely flats. The only reason we moved was because we were priced out of the area.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Building management always responded to problems or issues and was always sorted very quickly.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    That there was no concierge at Fizzy Poplar. It means you miss out on a lot of the community events they advertise in other buildings.

    Good, location next to park and Canary Wharf, and DLR. Bad, not many local amenities nearby and crime rates.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Quick to reply to questions and resolve small inquiries. Bigger requests needed follow up generally but were all resolved satisfactorily.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Only supports one payment method in the tenant app and it doesn't always work. Required me to inquire about manual payment.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    The flat is incredibly spacious and filled with natural light, thanks to numerous windows and full-length glass doors that open to the balcony, ensuring excellent ventilation and fresh air. The location is highly convenient, with two grocery stores within walking distance and a gym just a minute away. This area is quiet and there is no noise. There is Tesco, Iceland and Lidl within 5 minutes of walking distance. Langdon park DLR station is a 5 minute walk and canaxry wharf station is a 20 minute walk. There is Christ street market nearby as well which has a lot of shops and markets daily.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    There were some issues being delayed for 3 months since I moved in but Mohammed solved within 3 days so the maintenance team is definitely good !

    Everything about this flat is really good ! I am quite happy with it.
