The house is located in a quiet area and a few minutes from the village where basic amenities can be found. The larger shops, supermarkets, etc. can be found in Tijola, which can be reached in about 5-10 minutes. The beaches of Almeria are approximately 60 minutes away.

There is (free) agricultural water and electricity can be connected via solar panels.
