Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The spaces are amazing. Staff members exceptional but the parking spaces are very limited inside and outside this building. I appreciate Moses and Peter. They keep this place secure in the nights.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Rob is very quick to respond and fix anything that needs his attention.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
This is probably the best neighbourhood in Birmingham. Loving it.
Manager's response5Thank you Laith- we really appreciate your comments. So pleased to read that you are loving it! Thanks for being part of our community.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It is the best location to live in Birmingham, right in the city centre, close to everything you might need: grocery stores, bullring shopping centre, train station, tram station, bus stops, many restaurants, bars and pubs and of course brindley place. This does mean it can get a bit loud on friday-saturday nights but I think its worth it.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
There has been a query opened straight away and someone came to have a look.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Just that despite the windows it gets very hot during the summer, especially the sun is very harsh on higher floors
Manager's response5Thank you Shubhi!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Close to train station, near supermarkets, amazing view.Living at Moda The Mercian is fantastic. Shops, restaurants, bars, and open spaces are all within a short walk, with everything from supermarkets to canalside cafés nearby. Transport links are excellent, with buses, trams, and New Street station close, making commuting easy. The street feels vibrant yet safe, with secure underground parking and reliable bin collections. Occasional weekend noise from Broad Street adds to the city buzz but never feels intrusive. Anti-social behaviour is rare thanks to great on-site staff. Overall, it’s a perfect mix of convenience, comfort, and lifestyle in the heart of Birmingham. Highly recommend it to anyone.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They were really good and helped me with my issues reqlly fast
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That i did bot need to worry about lots of things like internet, bills, since they are very easy to set up
Manager's response5Thank you so much Mehran! It makes us really happy to read reviews that confirm you are loving and living your Moda Life:)

There’s a Sainsbury’s and a Tesco conveniently located right across the street from the apartment, making grocery shopping quick and effortless. Because the apartment is situated on lively Broad Street, a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, and bars are all within easy walking distance, offering endless dining and entertainment choices. Directly in front of the building, you’ll find both a metro station and a bus stop, providing simple and direct transport links straight to the city center and other popular destinations. Overall, my experience living at Moda has been wonderfully smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable, with everything I need right at hand.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has always responded quickly and professionally, resolving any issues efficiently and keeping me well informed throughout the process.
