Description

The land is mostly level with the south west corner being gently rolling in it its nature. It is bounded on all four sides with mature hedges.
In the centre of the parcel there is a small wooded copse with a further small copse in the north east corner. These two copses coupled with the topography of the land offer excellent sporting or environmental opportunities.
The land is classified on the Soilscape Series as being 'slowly permeable seasonally wet slightly acid but base-rich loamy and clayey soils'.

At the end of Gowland Lane bear left on to the Harwood Dale Road, after approximately half a mile turn right sign posted Scalby.
