Living in the towers is a blessing! Great views, great location - close to everything by a 10/20min walk to town. The people are nice, it can get noisy with all the construction happening, but all in due time.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I would like to also thank Yaz, one of the concierge staff who works under Facility 24/7, he is one of the best concierge staff I have met over the last two years staying in Deansgate Square. He is quick on his feet, very mature when it comes to dealing with complaints from the residents - I’ve seen him in action! He always brightens the day, asking me if any help is required or if I’m doing well. We NEED more staff like him, Because it shows that we matter as residents due to the concierge staff showing that they care about us. Hard working staff like Yaz deserve alot of credit!!!

The air conditioning The dramatic increase in rent The problems with the lifts and water pipes Entrance sometimes smells strongly of dog odour

The facilities and the up keep of the is second to none. Corey great on the concierge really helpful. The only issue is likely to be the sound of loud cars at night.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Promptly and always on time. Any issues, there is a response within 24 hours.

How windy it is around the surrounding buildings. That you had to pay for a fob to the gym.

Living in this area has been a really positive experience. It's a safe and welcoming community with friendly neighbours and peaceful atmosphere. The location is convenient, with shops cafe and public transport all within easy reach. There are also lovely parks and green space nearby, perfect for walk and relaxing outdoors. Overall it's a pleasant place to live with a great sense of community and good amenities.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been responsive and professional in addressing any issues raised,.they act promptly, communicate clearly, and follow up to ensure matters are fully resolved. In particular, Ali has been extremely helpful and approachable, his friendly and proactive attitude reflects the high standards of service provided within the development.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is just how enjoyable and welcoming this development would be.the sense of community the helpfulness of the management team, and the overall comfort of the living environment have exceeded my expectations. Knowing this in advance would have made my decision to move here even easier.

Living here has a mix of positives. There’s a good range of local shops and cafés, plus a few restaurants and bars, though variety can be limited. Open spaces are pleasant and well-kept, with parks nearby. Public transport links are generally reliable, with buses and trains running regularly, but rush-hour congestion can be an issue.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
No problems really! I few usual maintenance issues but nothing major

All good, although the building is VERY hot, you NEED a fan!

Good aspects, The area is generally safe and friendly, with a strong sense of community, there are good transport links, making it easy to get to work or into the city. Plenty of local amenities like shops, cafes, and parks.its cleaned and well-maintained which makes it pleasant to walk around. Bad aspects, Parking can be difficult, especially during peak times
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been proactive and efficient in addressing any issues raised. They communicate clearly, keep resident quickly updated, and ensure problems are resolved quickly, helping to maintain a comfortable and well-managed living environment. Specially Ali always takes prompt action whenever we have an issue.

I wish I had known how friendly and supportive the community is,as it really makes living here enjoyable and well coming.
