that results in the area being used for any purpose other
than a grass paddock ancillary to the use of Windmill Hill
Farmhouse as a single private dwelling house.
Overage will apply for a period of 35 years from the date of

based upon the uplift in value of the blue land with the
benefit of the change of use and or planning permission or
permitted development consent for any use other than as a
