This spacious property is located on a commercial street in the center of the picturesque town of Cúllar. Cúllar is a municipality in the province of Granada,where all the amenities are found. The cities of Baza and Guadix are respectively 20 and 25 minutes away by car. The closest beaches are approximately an hour and a half away.
The house has a beautiful front with large windows and beautiful balconies, as well as two entrances from two different streets. On the ground floor there are three independent commercial premises and the main door that gives access to the house.
