Living at Momento Hayes feels like being in a neighbourhood that’s in transition modern, well-connected, and convenient, but still working its way towards having a strong local “lifestyle” identity. With Hayes & Harlington station on the Elizabeth line, you can get into central London quickly and reach Heathrow in minutes, which makes it especially attractive for commuters and airport workers. How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has been responsive and generally quick to address any issues raised. In particular, Emeric, the handyman, has been very helpful and efficient. He handles a wide range of maintenance tasks skillfully and resolves problems promptly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is that the area is still very much developing, so while the building itself is modern and well-maintained, the immediate surroundings don’t yet have a wide choice of cafés, restaurants, or evening entertainment within walking distance. It’s also worth knowing that most “lifestyle” activities (nice dining, nightlife, boutique cafés) usually mean travelling to nearby areas like Ealing or Central London. On the positive side, transport links are excellent, so this is easy to do.

Living at Momento Hayes has been a bit like upgrading from economy to business class without accidentally remortgaging my future. The apartments are modern, stylish, and surprisingly good at convincing visitors that I have my life together. The Elizabeth line is close enough that getting into Central London is faster than deciding what to watch on Netflix, and local shops mean emergency snack runs are always achievable.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any issues I've raised have been handled quickly and professionally. A special mention goes to Emeric, who has been outstanding throughout my tenancy. He's approachable, responsive, and always goes the extra mile to make sure things are resolved efficiently. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about residents' experience, and his support has made living here even better. Simply put, Emeric is the best man!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how much effort goes into building a real community here. The resident events have been a great surprise and something you don't really get a feel for during a viewing. From ice cream giveaways to Prosecco treats during the heatwave and other social gatherings throughout the year, there are plenty of opportunities to meet neighbours and feel part of the community. It's a thoughtful touch that makes the building feel more than just a place to live.

It’s really close to the station and all amenities and grocery shops are walking distance away. Alongside there’s also good areas to talk a long relaxing walk.

The maintenance team is very responsive. Every time I reported an issue, they responded very quickly and came to my flat to fix the problem. I will give my big appreciation to Orlando, he helped me fix a lot of issues from lighting to sink. He is a very good member of the maintenance team.

The maintenance team is great, especially Orlando is very professional and friendly. He tried his best to fix the issues for me.

I would like to check All appliances and facilities are working. They look very good from the exterior, but when I moved in and started to use such facilities, I realised some of them are not working.

Maria is very helpful. I just moved in today and she showed me around showing her professionals. She gave me tour around and even before she replied patiently with all my enquiries. So far it’s my first day here only but nothing to complain
