Description

 "Viewing highly recommended"

The owner loves….

When I first viewed this apartment I fell in love with the high ceilings and abundance of light flowing through the entire property – I knew there and then this would make a wonderful home and many years on I am still enjoying all this amazing property has to offer!

I have a modern well equipped kitchen, I love the gloss units which are a great feature and this leads onto the open plan lounge diner. I love the layout and open plan feel, it is a great space to entertain friends and family as well as those cosy nights in. I love my balcony which is particularly enjoyable during the summer months. We also have a communal roof terrace which I very much enjoyed in the summer for picnics with friends.

I have two good size bedrooms.

I have a contemporary family bathroom.

Within the development I have an allocated parking space which comes with the apartment. There is also visitor parking available.

There is a real sense of community here and I am fortunate to have very kind supportive neighbours. The communal areas are well maintained and landscaped.

My apartment is so well situated with the train station and bus exchange just a 10 minute walk away, with links all over Hertfordshire as well as the high speed trains to London within 30 minutes. I am situated close to the retail parks with cinema, bowling, soft play and many other activities as well as restaurants and bars. I am in the catchment area to good local schools. Everything is accessible but I get the benefit of the tucked away homely feel in the apartment block.

The time has come for pastures new and so it is time to let someone else enjoy all this wonderful home has to offer. VIEWING HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

About eXp UK, East of England

114 St. Martin's Lane London WC2N 4BE

eXp UK are the newest estate agency business, powering individual agents around the UK to provide a personal service and experience to help get you moved.

Here are the top 7 things you need to know when moving home:

Get your house valued by 3 different agents before you put it on the market

Don't pick the agent that values it the highest, without evidence of other properties sold in the same area

It's always best to put your house on the market before you find a property

The estate agent acts for the seller and is there to get the seller the best price possible

Understand the length of time it can take - 14 weeks from when you accept an offer, or have an offer accepted to move in! A long time!

It can get stressful, but speak to your agent and your solicitor and they will put you in the picture

Be nice to estate agents - we're pretty nice people, offer some great advice and will help to get you moved ;-)
