Melissa decided to retrain and self-manage the properties. As their portfolio began to expand it became clear that they were delivering a high quality managed service and felt that everyone should have access to an agent that can give them the service they need.

In 2023 Clews & Co Lettings was created, an agency that offers a bespoke managed service, a friend and mentor for guidance and a trusted companion for the journey.....

Melissa realised very quickly that to offer the best service she needed the best team to assist her. Courtney soon came on board to help from the very early stages.

Melissa and Courtney previously worked together within the Welfare to Work sector, finding a passion for skills development and helping others. So the opportunity to collaborate together again was an exciting development.
