    Living near Epsom Station is a mixed bag, but mostly in a good way. The best part, without a doubt, is the train station itself. I mean, you can get into London in under 40 minutes, which is a lifesaver if you're a commuter. It's so convenient that you barely even need a car. Plus, the town center is right there. You've got all the shops you could want at The Ashley Centre and tons of restaurants and pubs to choose from. It just feels lively and there's always something going on. And even though you're in the middle of a busy town, you're not far from some amazing green spaces like Epsom Downs, which is perfect for a weekend walk. That amazing convenience and lively atmosphere mean you're in a highly sought-after location. The competitive housing market is a sign that this is a great place to be, and while costs reflect that, you're investing in an incredibly connected and vibrant lifestyle. The buzz of the town is a constant reminder that you're at the heart of the action, not isolated on the outskirts. Plus, when it comes to parking, there are some great options available, including under croft and external facilities, often for an extra and very affordable cost. This means you can have a vehicle if you need one, while still enjoying the benefit of having everything else within easy walking distance. It’s the perfect blend of convenience and choice.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Together, Michel and Rogan make an unbeatable team. Michel is the friendly, proactive face of the building, while Rogan is the reliable, expert problem-solver behind the scenes. Their collaborative approach means that the building is not only a beautiful place to live but also runs flawlessly. They don't just manage a property; they nurture a community. It's their hard work and care that have made my time here so special. I couldn't recommend Fizzy Epsom more highly.

    Beyond the building, the location in Epsom is a huge draw. The town is surprisingly vibrant and has so much to offer. I love the regular markets in the town square, especially the Farmers' Market held on the first Sunday of every month, which is packed with local produce. While the nightlife isn't as extensive as a big city, there are plenty of cozy pubs and a few lively spots like Fever to enjoy on a weekend. The nearby parks and attractions, such as Horton Country Park and Nonsuch Park, provide beautiful green spaces for walks and relaxation. And, of course, the town comes alive for the annual Epsom Derby, a world-famous horse race at Epsom Downs. This event, along with the numerous markets and local attractions, attracts tens of thousands of people each year, creating an electric atmosphere that's so much fun to be a part of.

    Epsom, offers a pleasant blend of history and green spaces, like Epsom Downs, with good transport links to London. It boasts a strong community feel and is relatively safe. Nightlife is quieter, and commuting back from the city can be a bit difficult after midnight.

    My property manager is amazing! Super quick maintenance and so convenient. Highly recommend!

    Great Turkish Restaurant Capadocia!! Really nice public library that is useful to study/work on weekend
