5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is perfect for me, very local to supermarkets, coffee shops, 10 minute walk into town which is very handy! Also a lot of public transport around.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
There have been no issues raised, but anytime I have a question or need help, their response is quick and effective.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I don’t have anything to comment on this as everything was explained very well. I wish I had seen more of the gym, however I understand it was still under construction. What pleasantly surprised how big the gym was with all the equipment needed.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The Lower Bristol Road area has quite a bit of building work happening at the moment with the Bath Press and One development as well as the increased construction of the riverside development but to be honest… it doesn’t impact on me at all. The bus routes are good. Close walk (under five mins) to the Oldfield park station to direct trains to Bristol and London! Bath City is a ten minute walk along the river to the very centre and it’s just an ace place to be!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes very professional. No problems at all just helpful advise to standard questions from me!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing at all. Highly satisfied with the information
Manager's response5Hi John, Thank you for your kind words – they were a pleasure to read, and I have shared them with the team. Please do let us know if you have any ideas to make SBY work more for you, anything from event ideas to the fabric of the building; we are all ears! Thank you, Steve

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area is fantastic, there’s a great variety of shops, bars and cafe’s within close proximity. The transport links to the surrounding areas are great. The apartment complex is very quiet and the underground parking is safe and secure.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any minor issues have been dealt with professionally and attentively.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing bad to add as such, I wished I could have moved in sooner.
