5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I've just completed a year in this fantastic new facility and loved every moment. The location offers the best of city life with stunning views of Liverpool and the iconic Liver Birds especially beautiful at night. I've added 2 (unfiltered) pics! Local shops, bars and restaurants are nearby. Transport links are reliable and convenient. Despite being city-centre, it's peaceful; the soundproofing is excellent.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any time I’ve had a question or minor issue, the building management and concierge team have been quick to respond and genuinely helpful. They’re approachable, professional and take concerns seriously. It’s reassuring to know there’s always someone available 24/7 and that support has made living here feel easy and stress-free.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
My top tip for a new neighbour: make the most of the location. The waterfront is perfect for a walk or run, and there are plenty of great local cafes and restaurants nearby.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There’s a decent range of local shops, including a few independent stores and supermarkets within walking distance. Restaurants and cafés are varied and good quality, though there aren’t many late-night options. Bars are friendly but limited in number. There are a couple of lovely parks nearby which are great for walks, picnics, and exercise. Public transport is fairly reliable with buses and a nearby train station
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been responsive and professional whenever I’ve raised an issue. They usually acknowledge requests promptly and follow up within a reasonable time.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how busy the communal areas can get during evenings and weekends—especially the gym and shared lounge. It’s not a major issue, but planning around peak times helps. Also, while the building is generally quiet, occasional noise from neighbouring units can be heard more than expected, particularly through floors

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great location, close to the city centre with shops, cafes and transport links all within walking distance. The area feels lively and safe. The only downside is the rent being a bit high, but that’s expected for the location.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management team have always been very quick and helpful whenever I raised anything. They respond straight away and deal with things efficiently, which makes you feel well looked after. Everyone is approachable and genuinely wants to help.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how supportive the team are – it makes living here even better.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I lived there for one year, all the stuffs were so kind and always there to help. There is bus station just in front of the building, a very nice lounge designed for all the residents, a fancy gym just in the building, which is equipped with various facilities, also that’s my favorite part.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They responded very quickly and effectively, always solved my problems.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Everything’s nice but I wish to be directly given the information about the company that providing things like heat, water.

2Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Been here for 5 months, the flat is modern and reasonably well finished and the reception area is nice, but that’s about it. the walls are paper thin and the doors are so light feel like they’re made of tissue. The bedrooms offer no noise reduction or privacy, even to the point I can understand what episode of breaking bad my flatmate is watching on his TV (between 2 walls) the homeless are constantly shouting at early hours in the morning which makes sleeping very difficult, I also often see them hanging outside the back entrance doing drugs, surely security should be able to get rid of them if they’re on the property? Paying £650 for this a month is just not good value and I wish I lived somewhere else
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Not raised anything so wouldn’t know, so I guess that aspect is unknown
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How poorly isolated the rooms are, from outside interference and inside noise in the flat.
