Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Nice shops nearby at walking distance. A sainsbury right beside which is even open till late on sundays. There’s an open space inside the building as well. Small but still worth it. Bin space is good, albeit there’s loads of secure doors to get through just for bin.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The response has been super fast. I raised a maintenance issue on the portal and Paul came instantly the next day and fixed it within an hour. Amazing service for sure.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It can be a bit noisy when the windows are open, but that’s the cost of living near the main road and close to the station. Not an issue when the windows are closed.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Exceptionally convenient location in Canning Town minutes away from the station (Jubilee Line & DLR). The convenience factor for me offsets any distant noise of the trains going past the building. Everything you could need from supermarket options (Morrisons & Lidl), Dry Cleaners to Barbers is all within walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Paul from maintenance is excellent! No ask is too much and has always delivered first time with a friendly smile. Thank you Paul!!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

A shame that you charge a premium for any contracts less than 12 months. This combined with rent increase unfortunately forced my decision to move out after 2 years. But I have really enjoyed my time living at Fizzy, nonetheless.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in Canning Town has been great so far. The area has a good range of local shops, supermarkets, and independent cafés, with more restaurants and bars developing near Royal Docks and Rathbone Market. Green spaces like Bow Creek Ecology Park and Thames Barrier Park are great for walks and relaxing. Public transport is excellent, with the Jubilee Line, DLR, and multiple bus routes making it easy to get around.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been responsive and supportive whenever I’ve raised any issues. They handle concerns promptly and professionally, making sure everything is resolved in a timely manner. Maria and Samson, in particular, are always approachable and go above and beyond to help. Their proactive attitude really makes a difference and contributes to the overall positive living experience here.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is just how active and engaging the community here is—there are so many events and opportunities to socialise, which has been a pleasant surprise. I also didn’t realise how dedicated and approachable the staff would be; having people like Maria and Samson around makes a big difference. If I had known all this earlier, I would have felt even more confident about the move!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good area to live in- surrounded by shops, with excellent transport links that make it easy to get anywhere in London. The building itself offers fantastic amenities, including a gym, study room, and more

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t faced any issues so far, but the building management has been very responsive and proactive with all communication, which gives me confidence they’d handle any problems efficiently.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how proactive and responsive the building management team is — it was a pleasant surprise! Also, the study room and shared spaces are quieter and more spacious than expected, which is perfect for working from home.
