Since then it has become so much more than just a house; it is where we welcomed our first child and began growing our family.

As our family continues to grow, we have made the difficult decision to move closer to our support network. Saying goodbye to this home is not easy as we have truly made it our own and poured so much love into every detail.

Our absolute favourite feature is the garden, a peaceful green oasis in the heart of Croydon. Recently landscaped, it is designed to be low-maintenance and enjoys sunshine all day long. We have loved relaxing there as a family and it will be one of the things we miss most. The utility room, solar panels and dedicated office space have also made life here both practical and comfortable. Other standout features include an EV charger with a private parking space, a handy downstairs shower room, a bonus loft room for added flexibility and ample storage throughout.

The area is incredibly well-connected with regular trains from West Croydon, the tram, bus services and a short walk to East Croydon making commuting a breeze. The high street is a vibrant mix of hidden gems, including the clay oven bakery and ice cream shop that we will miss dearly, with everything from international supermarkets to local eateries just a stroll away. A 24-hour gym and essential services such as doctors, dentists and the hospital are also within walking distance.

Families will love being near Wandle Park with its playground as well as the many nurseries and schools nearby. The road itself is wonderfully community-oriented; our neighbours welcomed us with open arms and there is a real sense of people looking out for one another.

We have built this place into a true home and leaving is incredibly bittersweet. We only hope that the next owners will love it just as much as we have and enjoy every moment in this beautiful space and vibrant neighbourhood."
