    Tower Works is located a short walk to everything. I love having things on my door step. 92 degrees is the perfect place for a morning coffee and Salts Bar is great on an evening, especially in the Summer when you can sit out on the lock, The street is quiet, we are not disturbed by noise considering it is so central. There is an onsite car park but I choose to park locally to save money.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Maintenance are always very quick to respond and any issues I have had during my time here have been dealt with quickly.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    You do not need to upgrade your internet, as I did look into this however the standard that comes with the apartment is super fast!

    good aspects: it’s a quiet area and close to my workplace, receptionist especially Kafi and Vito are so nice bad aspects: there is nothing noticeable to mention

    mostly, they responded well, the receptionist are so kind especially Kafi

    before moving in, i had a visiting tour and everything was lovely

    The location relative to Brighton station is excellent - it takes about 10 minutes to get from the development to Brighton Station, which opens you up to the whole country. London Road (and New England Street) is a mixed bag - there is a lot of drunken activity and street racing at night, but in the daytime it's vibrant and has lovely markets. Being close to the North Laine is amazing - being a short walk from amazing restaurants and coffee.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Eventually, yes. It takes two or three emails to get something urgent actioned. Sometimes the emails go unanswered. When I said there was frequently cigarette smoke blowing into my window at night, they effectively told me to deal with it myself and investigate who is smoking myself. When I found out they were going into our apartments while we're out without consent, it took three emails to just get a commitment from them that they will stop.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The heating system amounts to a scam and they were intentionally opaque about it when I signed up. Because it's a boiler and shared heat exchanger system in the building, it's not regulated under Ofgem and the billing agency (Community Utilities) take full advantage of that. The standing charge alone is currently more than double the legal limit. You are unable to switch suppliers.

    Very central and close to transport. Sainsbury’s in building is very convenient. Bars and restaurants are nearby but still a walk (for most). The parking is tough to manage unless you pay for in building parking but if you don’t have a car it’s still good.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Our one maintenance issue was addressed as soon as it came up, and resolved above and beyond our expectations.

    The apartments don’t have cooling which can be really tough in the height of summer.

    One of the main reasons we chose to live at Mustard Wharf was because of the location. We had been to see other developments which all felt too far out of the city so when we viewed Mustard Wharf we loved that it was surrounded by bars, restaurants, coffee shops and even a bakery. It also was much closer to my work on City Square.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    We have not had any issues with our apartment however the management team seem approachable and seem to really care about the site and the staff they work with.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    There are so many apartments available, so deciding on which to choose was hard as most offer the same thing, however I could not recommend Mustard Wharf enough to anyone looking.
