On the top of a hill, this family home was built in 2010 and was inspired by its exceptional location (the Dordogne Valley and its 5 Chateaux). It is surrounded by woodland, providing privacy while keeping unobstructed breathtaking panoramic views.

The main house offers an exceptional atmosphere. On the ground floor is an entrance hall with a double-height ornamental ceiling with gallery and tailor-made hanging lantern (Louis XV style). There is a separate kitchen, dining room (with underfloor heating) and living room with fireplace, stylish office, laundry with bathroom, WC and a double garage access.

A magnificent terrace overlooks a cinematographic landscape featuring special items, including a piano renovated with mosaic tiles.

A tailor-made metal staircase leads to a Juliette balcony and to the entrance hall on the first floor.
