Description

Developed at the turn of the last century, Warner properties are highly sought after for their unique blend of charm, practicality, and historical significance. Built with quality craftsmanship, they feature spacious layouts and solid construction that have stood the test of time, and this property is no exception. A beautifully bright three-bedroom ex-warner maisonette set on the first and second floors of a grand brick Victorian house. Immaculately styled throughout, with your own front door and secluded, lush garden, this lovely home is in a glorious location steps from the ever-popular Lloyd Park and moments from the many amenities and transport options of Hoe Street.

IF YOU LIVED HERE...

With over 1,000 square feet to spread out in, this home unfolds across the first and second floors of a characterful Victorian terrace on a sought-after street just moments from beloved Lloyd Park.

Step through your own private front door and head upstairs to the first floor. At the front, the reception room looks out onto the tree-lined street below. Three generous windows flood the space with natural light, while the stylish fireplace and polished wooden floorboards add plenty of charm. Also on this level are two generous double bedrooms – calm, comfortable spaces with soft carpets underfoot. The kitchen is a contemporary galley style, blending cream shaker cabinetry with warm wood worktops and moss-green accents. Integrated appliances, including a gas hob, make cooking simple and precise. A bright family bathroom with a full-sized tub completes this floor.

Outside, you have your own private stretch of garden – nearly 50 feet long, leafy and lovingly cared for, with flowerbeds and mature shrubs adding plenty of colour and texture. Towards the back, a paved area wraps around the shed, creating a quiet little hideaway framed by honeysuckle and bamboo.

Head up again to discover the principal bedroom with pale wood flooring and extending almost 50 feet. This space feels tucked away and tranquil, with built-in cupboards and extra under-eaves storage for all those seasonal essentials. A skylight and rear window keep the room bright, while the en suite brings a touch of luxury with its walk-in shower, monochrome tiling, and stylish black fittings.

A WORD FROM THE OWNER...

"We have loved our time living on Fleeming Road. The maisonette is part of the Lloyd Park Conservation area, comprising a collection of well-maintained historic Warner properties. It is a 4 minute walk to Lloyd Park which hosts a farmers' market every Saturday and is home to the William Morris Gallery. The Hoe street area is buzzing with coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Walthamstow Village and the Blackhorse Breweries with their vibrant nightlife offering are also both within easy walking distance. Walthamstow Central Station offering rapid connection to central London via the Victoria Line and Waver line is a 15 minute walk away. The community feel in Walthamstow and particularly the Lloyd park area is pretty special. Our neighbours downstairs are a lovely family with two adorable boys and the family living at 102 are also very kind and have been incredibly welcoming. We feed each other's cats whilst our neighbours are away and generally look out for each other. Our sense is that this kind of community feel is pretty rare for a prime London location."
