Privately positioned within the heart of the charming village of Toddington, this deceptively spacious and beautifully presented one-bedroom detached loft-style apartment offers a rare opportunity for those seeking stylish, low-maintenance living combined with excellent convenience.

The property occupies a highly accessible location on Luton Road, just a short stroll from the bustling village centre, which offers a wide range of everyday amenities including shops, pubs, eateries and essential services, all contributing to a vibrant community feel.

Approached via its own private entrance, the accommodation unfolds across the first floor. A ground floor hallway with stairs rising up creates a sense of privacy before leading into the main living space. The hub of the home is without doubt the impressive open-plan lounge/dining/kitchen, which extends to 23’6ft by 18’0ft and is bathed in natural light from multiple windows to both the front and rear aspects. The living and dining zones provide an ideal space for relaxing, entertaining or working from home, and feature high-quality Karndean flooring, built-in storage including mirrored wardrobes, and a practical concealed cupboard housing the combination boiler.

The kitchen has been thoughtfully refitted to an excellent standard, offering a comprehensive range of contemporary wall and base units with sleek quartz work surfaces over. A matching breakfast bar with seating for four creates a perfect casual dining spot, whilst integrated appliances include twin built-in eye-level ovens, induction hob with ceiling-mounted extractor, fridge/freezer, and washer/dryer, all designed to blend seamlessly into the layout. Spotlights to the ceiling add to the modern, stylish feel.

A rear lobby provides access to the bedroom and shower room. The double bedroom itself measures 11’8ft by 10’10ft and comes complete with a fitted suite, including wardrobes, matching bedside tables and a dressing table, maximising both practicality and aesthetics.

The accommodation is completed by a superbly appointed refitted shower room, which incorporates a double shower enclosure with overhead and handheld shower heads, a sleek vanity unit with inset wash basin, low-level WC, and heated towel rail. Full-height tiling and modern finishes ensure a contemporary, elegant look.

Externally, the apartment enjoys the benefit of a private allocated parking space positioned directly to the front, complete with its own EV charging point, a rare and valuable addition for modern living.

A further advantage is the added bonus of being available with no upper chain, making for a smooth and straightforward purchase.
