Two bedroomed house, all on one level, with garden, 2 balconies and outstanding Tuscan views. Set in a convenient location in the heart of the pretty little town Chianni.

The house is just a few steps along from the central Piazza of Chianni, with excellent restaurants and coffee bar, and a great community. The views are outstanding and the house is well presented in very good condition. It makes an ideal base from which to explore Tuscany or for a great rental option.

There is an open, airy feel, with high ceilings and all the fittings and fixtures are of good quality. On entering the house, there is a welcoming hallway, a very well-equipped modern kitchen, with table and chairs, a separate spacious living room, two double bedrooms, one study and a bathroom. A particular feature of the property are the wonderful balconies which are open to the huge view, a perfect spot to relax of an evening, or with a morning coffee.

Chianni is a lovely town in Tuscany with some nice shops, good coffee bar, a great new bistro and a lovely hotel with small spa (open to non-residents). It is just 40 mins from Pisa airport. The coastal cities of Castiglioncello and Cecina on the coast, the golf courses of Pisa and Castelfalfi, and the historic towns of Volterra and San Gimignano are all close by, and each make a wonderful day out. The town is located in Valdera in Central Tuscany between Pisa and Florence. This colourful landscape of rolling hills is dotted with medieval villages, castles and lanes flanked with tall dark green cypress trees, all of which epitomise the Tuscan landscape. The nearby città d’arte (cities of art) include Volterra, San Gimignano, Palaia, Lucca and Florence, each offering splendid art and architectural treasures to admire.

In Lajatico, Andrea Bocelli, the famous tenor, was born and it is in the heart of Valdera that his Teatro del Silenzio draws some of the biggest international names in opera, when he hosts a summer festival each year in July. The spa town of Casciana Terme, also in the area, has thermal waters and spa which are open to visit and enjoy. It is a pretty town with piazzas and cafès serving the local wine.
