Chesters Harcourt was established in 2020 out of a merger between Chesters Commercial and Harcourt Kerr and is a company of Chartered Surveyors and Valuers based in Yeovil & Taunton, Somerset. Chesters Commercial itself was established in 2014 having evolved from Humberts Commercial, which traded for nearly 20 years and under a franchise agreement with Chesterton Humberts. Harcourt Kerr specialised in Development Land and shared many attributes with Chesters Commercial so the merger was very much a meeting of minds.

We pride ourselves on our local knowledge and our extensive client list and long established reputation allows us to provide a UK wide service particularly in our specialist field of development land consultancy.
