Park Road is a one way lane with a church and church hall next door to the house. It is opposite Heathfield Park and has the wall and trees running along the opposite side of the lane. There is a pub and takeaway within a couple of minutes walk. Parkside Primary School which is very popular with a very high Ofsted rating is also just down the road and the house falls into its very small catchment area. Heathfield Community College is also within walking distance but there is a school bus from just around the corner.
Heathfield centre with Waitrose, Sainsbury's, Tesco and Co-op supermarkets is a five minute walk and there are many facilities and shops in the town. There are two doctors surgeries, dentists, and vets and other medical amenities. Local churches, clubs and societies add to the friendly social life in the town. A regular bus services runs to Eastbourne, Tunbridge Wells, Uckfield and Brighton. There are main line stations at Stonegate, a fifteen minute drive and Uckfield and Crowborough, 20 minutes drive.

Directions: From Heathfield town centre proceed up Mutton Hall Hill to the traffic lights next to HKS Kitchen Shop. Turn right into Tower Street and follow the park wall, turning left into Park Road. The house is on the right.
