Seller's comments...

We moved into our two-bedroom, Shared-Ownership apartment in Heyford Park back in 2021, this was our first property of OUR own. We fell in love with the place, (we put an offer on the same day that we viewed it!).The location, the bright open-plan living area with a high-spec worktops, the beautiful balcony where we often spend our evenings people watching, and of course the beautiful generously-sized bedrooms and en-suite! It was the perfect first home for us.
We originally were thinking this will be a great place to get us on the property ladder, we were blown away by how easy and perfect we found Shared-Ownership!
4 years later and we are still here! We love the sense of community that Heyford Park has, it's almost a Village-like atmosphere - from all the family fun days on the green to the neighbourly generosity of all around. It's wonderful.
During our four years of living here, we were blessed with our little one - who is now 2 years old! We are now looking to up-size from our first home, as we are hoping to one day grow our family. Otherwise we'd stay here for the long run!
Overall, we would highly recommend living in this beautiful Pet-Friendly apartment in Heyford. It's perfect for everyone.
