The property has been maintained to a high standard, with a modern finish that complements the generous sense of space and light throughout.

Exceptional transport links are close by, with King’s Cross St. Pancras providing access to six Underground lines, National Rail, and Eurostar services for effortless travel across London and beyond.

Owners insights:

What do you love about your home?

The location of the flat is fantastic. It is right in the heart of King’s Cross, with all the incredible transport links and amenities, but very quiet and peaceful inside the flat. The flat itself is light and airy with high ceilings, and because it’s lower ground floor, it is lovely and cool in the summer. The layout has worked really well for us with 2 good sized double bedrooms and a great open plan living space where we’ve been able to entertain friends for dinner and have a large enough area for our children to play. Our outside terrace is fabulous and we’ve sat out for morning coffee, evening drinks and barbeques. We also have kind and caring neighbours in the building which means there’s always someone to help if needed.

Why are you selling?

We’ve been here for 12 years and it’s been a wonderful home for us. With two children now we need more space. If we could build a house right next to the flat we would!

What do you love about the area?

King’s Cross is an amazing place to live. You can get to anywhere in London and beyond very quickly, but it’s also got a community feel with local bars and restaurants on Caledonian Road including our favourite coffee shop King’s Cross Continental Stores and our favourite pub The King Charles. It really is a ‘10 minute neighbourhood’ with two supermarkets Tesco and Waitrose within 5 minutes walk, the gym, great GP surgeries and excellent children’s nurseries and schools close by and of course all the lively hustle and bustle of Granary Square and Coal Drops just across the road.

We really enjoy walking along the Regent canal, picnics in Lewis Cubitt Park, going to Camley Park Nature Reserve, indoor and outdoor films at Everyman Cinema, as well as lunch at Canopy Market on the weekends.
