Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in Maidenhead offers a good balance of convenience and comfort. The town has a decent range of shops, restaurants, and bars, with more options available in nearby Windsor and Reading. Open spaces such as parks and riverside walks along the Thames are a real highlight. Transport links are strong, especially with the Elizabeth Line making London easily accessible. Local bus services are reliable.. Bin collections are regular and efficient, and the area feels very safe with almost null anti-social behaviour. Some traffic noise is noticeable during busy hours, but overall, it’s a pleasant and well-connected place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management; Oxana and the team have been very responsive and professional, addressing issues promptly and ensuring they are resolved efficiently.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known earlier how welcoming and friendly the community is. Neighbours are supportive, and there’s a real sense of belonging. A great tip for new residents is to explore the riverside walks and local cafes, which really add to the enjoyment of living here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great food scene and exercise studio options. Tube stations are also nearby. The only downside is the noise from overground trains next to the building

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they replaced our fridge freezer and Washington blades

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The sound of the trains are much louder when living day to day

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in this area has been a great experience overall. Everything is so accessible – from local shops and supermarkets to restaurants and green parks. Public transport is excellent, with a train station within 7 mins walk making commuting easy. The neighbourhood is generally quiet and friendly, with very little anti-social behaviour or traffic noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been great—any issues I’ve raised were solved within seconds, not even minutes. Their response time is incredibly fast, and they always handle things professionally and efficiently. I really appreciate their support.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is that the beautiful common area isn’t just for special events or socials — it’s actually available to use any time! I originally thought it was only open for a few hours during resident gatherings, but I later discovered you can enjoy a coffee or tea there whenever you like. It’s such a great, relaxing space and a real hidden gem within the development. I would definitely recommend new neighbours take full advantage of it!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is very convenient to Maidenhead with easy access into london/reading and Oxford with the Elizabeth line trains. The area feels pretty safe although Maidenhead town is in need of a bit of redevelopment (apparently this is happening soon with a rumour of the old shopping centre being torn down) some nice local bars and pubs that aren’t too rowdy but you can sometimes hear on a Friday/Saturday night - not a problem for a couple that is often out but the noise can be heard. Some nice restaurants close by and Windsor/the countryside is a short drive. Overall I’d say a great place for a young professional or a young couple particularly if they work in London or enjoying popping in as you can be in the west end in about 45/50 minutes

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes very helpful when one of us left in the morning with both sets of keys…

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How hot the apartment can get in the summer - we love the big windows but they make it unbearably hot

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are several train rails next to rooms so the noise are pretty bad but if you do not mind them here is one of the best flat as there are many supermarket and grocery shops around there.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded and dealt with problems so quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

You should check any defects which previous residents have made.
