This boutique wine and olive farm is situated 6km North of Tulbagh town on the foothills of the Witzenberg Mountains in the picturesque Tulbagh Valley. The wine varieties are Shiraz, Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc, Pinotage, Mourvèdre, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Viognier. The olive varieties include Coratina, Mission, Frantoio, Kalamata, Arbequina, Koroneiki, Maurino, and Nocellara. The farm has 40ha of wheat fields, currently rented out on an annual basis. The balance of the land is mainly Renosterbos and natural veldt.

Most of the Northern part of the farm consists of Glen Rosa soils (about 60ha) ideal for quality wine grape farming. The southern part of the farm consists of sandstone and weathered sandstone soils, which also proved suitable for wine grapes (about 30ha), and the lower-lying Swartland, which is suitable for grazing.

The 560sqm luxury Manor house with double height thatch roof has 2 spacious bedrooms (about 36sqm each), 2 bathrooms (main en-suite), and a large open plan kitchen/lounge/dining room area leading to an enclosed braai room with beautiful views of the Valley over the swimming pool. The farm's 16ha water rights come from the Klein Berg water scheme. A 15cm underground pipe feeds the water over the neighboring Klipfontein farm (through a registered servitude) into a cement reservoir dam from where the water is pumped into the main dam. The dam is estimated at 120,000 m3, also naturally fills annually from run-off from the Witzenberg Mountain range.
