    Sept 2025

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Kampus is right in the centre of Manchester, surrounded by a fantastic range of restaurants, bars, and independent shops, with the Northern Quarter and Canal Street just a short walk away. Transport links are excellent, with Piccadilly Station and tram stops nearby. The canal and garden space provide calm green areas to enjoy, which is rare in the city centre. The only downsides are some traffic and nightlife noise at weekends, and parking is limited, but overall it’s an unbeatable location.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management team was always helpful and acted fast with any issues specially Edmer and Joseph.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The central location is fantastic, but it also means you may hear some nightlife noise during weekends

    Sept 2025

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Everything about Kampus makes one motivated to build a calm, productive and social life in Manchester. This place is like a small city itself with its cafes, places to eat and socialise, the gym and the work area, i spent my mornings at pollen, then go up to study, then the gym to workout, all these allow me to focus more on my studies, my job search in my free times, i can maintain my energy and use my energy for everything in a day thanks to this system Kampus created withing itself

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick to solve any issue even small ones, i can easily communicate with the reception for any problem and they are always helpful and happy to respond with care

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish the gym can be rented for more people (friends)

    Manager's response

Hi Deniz, Thank you for such a wonderful and detailed review. We’re delighted to hear that Kampus feels like home and that the environment and facilities have helped you build healthy routines and stay motivated day-to-day. It’s exactly the kind of community we hope to create. We really appreciate your feedback on the gym and will keep this in mind. It’s also fantastic to know the team has been able to support you quickly and with care whenever you’ve needed us. We’re so glad you’re part of the Kampus community and that it’s inspiring you in so many positive ways.

    Sept 2025

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Kampus is in the heart of Manchester, so the location is excellent for access to shops, and restaurants. Piccadilly Station and tram links are within walking distance, making commuting easy. The canal and nearby green spaces provide a nice escape, and there’s a real community feel with independent food spots and events. On the downside, being in the city centre means there is some noise from traffic.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management has a fast response and the reception team always provides help. Special mention to Edmer from reception team always helpful

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how lively the surrounding area can get during evenings and weekends. While the vibrant nightlife is a great benefit for socialising, it does mean there is occasional noise late at night

    Sept 2025

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Fabulous location 5 minutes from Piccadilly station. Very safe area adjacent to Canal Street and great amenities within Kampus block. Underground car park is v convenient and takes cars to 2.5 Metres. Very well thought through design wise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No major issues yet. A few small points that are normal to moving in and on site team sorted quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No downsides yet. All aspects have met or exceeded expectations.

    Sept 2025

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The range of restaurants and other places is quite nice due to being in city centre, everything is quite accessible due to buses and tram stops being so close. It can be a bit loud due to this however, once you close the windows it does block out a lot of the noise which is good

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very well, all issues have been answered promptly as soon as they can

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is not much storage in terms or bulky items that you may when moving in ie large suitcases

    Manager's response

Hi Diya, Thank you for such a thoughtful review. We’re so pleased to hear you’re enjoying the design, facilities, and central location of Kampus, and that our team has made a positive impression. We’ll be sure to pass on your kind words to Edmer — he’ll be delighted to know he created such a welcoming experience during your viewing and move-in. We also really appreciate your feedback on storage, which is helpful for us to keep in mind. It’s wonderful to have you and your flatmate as part of the Kampus community.
