12 month rolling contracts with a notice period of 3 months. Other contract lengths will be considered if required


Terms:
A 1-month deposit is required to secure the office suite and the rent is payable on a per calendar month basis. A monthly invoice will be produced and emailed to the renting party's designated recipient. Payment is collected by direct debit.
A 5% service charge is applicable for cleaning and maintenance of the communal areas.
