    Just terrible management overall. No people skills and no empathy. It's left me feeling insulted and disappointed.

    Terrible, irresponsible, refuse to acknowledge their mistakes and instead make you feel guilty.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish i had known how bad and unresponsive and unempathetic the management is.

    The range of the shops and restaurants around are varied, Its peaceful and quiet majority of the time, and the shops are nearby, However the variety of restaurants around is quite limited

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Quite Quickly, Any issues raised normally get sorted out within the next couple of days

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish i had known that the gates behind the property leading to the tram would have been open, However theres been some works going on and we haven’t exactly been told when its due to open

    Location is perfect for the Jewellery Quarter. Would recommend to anyone looking to live somewhere nice in Birmingham.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They’re straight on it if anything is wrong which it rarely is as everything is top quality.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Nothing. It has been a great place to live and I wouldn’t change anything.

    Quite area and close to the shops Nice loopy with comfort coloring on furniture and paint as well as the green area at building

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Convenient for travel (tram/train) 5 minute walk away. There is access to the platform from the Goodsyard s but unfortunately for the duration I was there (1 year) I never got to use.. it was out of order, when I moved in I was advised it was due to open a few weeks after. 1 year one it still is not open.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The staff were great especially Nadine, Eleni and Chandler 🤍

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I believe I was showed and told about everything while viewing the property. No issues here
