    I've been in Angel Gardens for two months so far and I love it! Very central location and attentive staff, especially James, Kwam, Ralph & Samson. I feel very secure living here on my own as a woman. It's so convenient being close to the city, shops, trams, busses and trains. I've also enjoyed the convenience of the MODA app and the concierge ticket system, as well as the parcel locker systems.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Yes, they've been helpful and responsive with everything I've come to them with.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    It's surprisingly quiet, despite being centrally located and near a busy thoroughfare.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    The local area is vibrant and very convenient. There is a wide range of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés within walking distance, making everyday life easy and enjoyable. Open green spaces nearby are perfect for relaxation or outdoor activities. Transport links are excellent, with buses and trains providing quick connections to other parts of the city. The street is quiet, safe, and clean, with good parking availability and reliable bin collections. The neighborhood feels welcoming, with no issues of noise or anti-social behaviour. Living here has been a very positive experience. Thanks to Samson, Ikechukwu, Kwam, and ralph for their warm welcoming

    They've replied to swiftly and professionally The building management has always responded quickly and professionally to any issues. They are approachable, efficient, and make sure that problems are resolved in a timely manner, which has given me great confidence in their service

    How the sky garden looks, it looks amazing, being able to get good breeze, and able to see how amazing the views up there is amazing

    What a great place to experience. Kwam, James, Ralph & Samson have made my stay amazing. What an incredible team they have here and it helps that the building is close to everything I need.

    The maintenance team are always there to resolve all issues, we never have to wait long for things to get fixed

    Nothing, honestly. I love it here and I am so happy I made this change as it has benefited my life in so many ways.

    Sharon, Mary and Dean. It's very convenient and well connected to the City Centre. Also ideal distance to my work place.

    The chat function on the Moda app was very helpful.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish I had known the utility bills were provided by one third party provider. Didn't get much insight into how this worked.

    Angel Gardens is an amazing place to call home, it helps to live around places that I frequent often so I never have to go too far. The service here is also incredible, James & Kwam have gone above and beyond to help me settle in

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Yeah, they helped me when I got in car and had to get a new parking license sorted and they are always on hand with a 24/7 concierge.

    Nothing, it is everything I thought it would be and more
