    It’s a great area. There’s a few bars and restaurants and so many shops nearby. There’s two train stations very close by and great access into central London. All in all it’s great area of London.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Very quickly. As soon as I have a problem (which is hardly ever) there is someone to sort it within 30 minutes

    I wish I had moved in sooner. I honestly cannot fault the place however it is somewhat expensive for the size of room you get but London is like that!

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    The Tube Finchley Road is across from the Quarters with jubilee and metropolitan line into London - a few stops to Bond street, Westminster or the other line to kings cross. Also 8 minutes to overground Finchley and Frogmore for across London - Shops for food and support all around - perfect location also communication links. The building is quiet with an amazing Japanese Restaurant - top quality. Main shop Waitrose across the road and immediate bus links. Could not be better

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    every issue was addressed immediately. The room cleans are to the highest standard. been here for nearly a year and for me all requirements were met and exceeded.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I did not expect such a high standard in all areas. I needed a base for London in the right location and The Quarters has meet and exceeded all my expectations. genuinely not a single issue only complements

    The local area has a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere, with plenty of great shops, cafés, and restaurants within walking distance. Public transport links are reliable and make commuting easy, while nearby green spaces provide a relaxing escape. The streets are well-maintained, parking is generally manageable, and the neighbourhood feels safe and friendly.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The building management team has always been quick to respond and extremely helpful whenever I’ve had a question or needed assistance. They’re approachable, professional, and clearly care about the residents, which makes living here stress-free and enjoyable.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish I had known how friendly and welcoming the community is—it’s been a wonderful surprise. Also, the convenience of having so many amenities within walking distance has really improved my lifestyle. If you enjoy a peaceful yet connected environment, this is the perfect place to be.

    Very convenient, right opposite of a big Waitrose and literally just 1min walk to the finchley rd station. Cute coffee shop around and many delicious Asian restaurant as well.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    yes and they respond very quickly and will help change if anything not working

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    very satisfied. maybe just come and have a look before paying the deposit? (and maybe act quickly :))

    The area is lively but still feels safe and welcoming. Swiss Cottage and Finchley Road stations are both a short walk away. And there are so many shops, cafés, and supermarkets nearby. You can find almost anything you need within a 10 minute walk.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The entire staff has been friendly and fantastic! Selna is friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Over the years, she’s been consistent in making sure any issues are fixed quickly and that residents feel valued. I've also had the pleasure of getting to know many other members of the staff including Saranaa, Katie, Aga, Solomon, Matthew, and Evans. All of them are wonderful people. The management really places an emphasis on bringing people in that would make this place feel like a home.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish I had known just how stress-free living here would be. It would have saved me a lot of time searching for other options.
