The house is situated in a very quiet area with stunning views over the area.  A bar / restaurant can be found within a 5 minutes drive. The market town of Huercal-Overa where all amenities can be found in 15 minutes such as: supermarket, shops, banks, chemists, schools, hospital etc. The beautiful beaches of Almeria can be reached within 30- 40 minutes.
On the outside of the property on the left hand side there is a small covered area can be converted into a nice terrace. Next to this terrace there is an outbuilding that was used for keeping the animals, that could be converted into more living space.

The front door leads into a very good size room with a chimney. On the right hand side there is another room that could make a lovely spacious living area or kitchen area.
