The E15 motorway runs from the edge of the town to the golden Mediterranean beaches and at Vera Playa, Mojacar, Garrucha port are just a 30 to 40 minute drive away. The motorway also gives easy access to the airports of Almeria, Murcia and Alicante.

All in all this is an excellent property for the price and is well worth adding to your viewing trip.
