What the Owner says:

This is been a wonderful family home for 27 years but are starting a new adventure although we shall be staying in the same area as we love Minnis Bay. We have extended the house to include the dining/garden room and made the property more open plan. We redesigned the garden and made the property more energy efficient with solar panels and an air source heat pump.

Birchington includes a station where the fast train to St Pancras takes about an hour and a half, individual shops, supermarkets and a good primary school as well as hairdressers, nail bars, vets and a medical centre, excellent restaurants, pubs and Quex Park. Local secondary education is available at King Ethelberts and the Ursuline College while nearby towns include grammar and private school. There is golf, sailing, tennis and bowls while cyclists can enjoy the Viking Coastal Trail. There is a cinema in Westgate, theatres in Ramsgate and Broadstairs while Westwood Cross includes a large shopping centre, a retail park, the Vue cinema complex, a casino and numerous restaurants.
