Exmouth is some 12 miles South of the Cathedral City of Exeter on the East side of the mouth of the River Exe Estuary. With a population of over 47,000, the town has approx. 3 miles of golden sands and is surrounded by beautiful Devon countryside.
Exmouth has an excellent range of leisure, recreational and sports facilities with a good thriving shopping centre and a variety of restaurants, pubs and cafes. Exmouth beach offers lots to do including water sports and beach activities. There are also a range of good local schools.
Exmouth is easily reached by rail and road. The train station is within walking distance and provides excellent access links to Exeter Central, St Davids and the mainline network. The M5 is only 15 minutes drive away.
