It has been a pleasure to live in this house. Being here has allowed our family to grow in a setting full of space and light, creating very special memories and positivity.
We put our heart and soul into transforming this from a bare shell into a home and we hope to be able to pass it on to someone who will love it as much as we have.

With quick links into Wokingham, Reading and London beyond, living here has allowed us easy access to everything we need.

We love the area and are not planning to move far, however we have been presented with an opportunity we couldn’t pass up and the time was right to move on.

This house sits proudly on a corner plot, and quite simply has some excellent curb appeal. There's a lovely big entrange hall as you walk through the front door, and to the right you'll find the kitchen breakfast room spanning the whole width of the house, and with a lovely big island unit with a breakfast bar added by the current owners. The opposite side of the hallway is where you'll find a lovely big living room, that leads into a huge conservtaory and a landscaped garden beyond that. There's also a downstairs shower room off the kitchen, and access into the partially converted garage off the garden. Upstairs is three great sized bedrooms & a recently updated family bathroom. The main bedroom comes complete with fitted storage & an en-suite shower room. There's also A/C throughout the whole house!
