We have lived in this great house for 16 years after making the decision to move out of London to get the best of both worlds - commuting to London for work when needed (which works well) and enjoy living in a lovely relaxed area.
We have raised our two children here. Old Farm Place is great for families, with 3 parks on the estate itself, plus the nature reserve and Basingstoke canal just a short walk away. There are several nurseries nearby and well as two local Primary Schools and a secondary school.
There are great transport links - both train and road. It is close to the M3 and Ash Vale station has a direct train line into London Waterloo. The house has been ideal - a good size for bringing up a family, reliable, spacious, and with a great south facing sunny garden. We’ve made some significant upgrades to the house since 2018 and know the house will serve its new owners just as well as it has us.

This is a lovely home this one! Good size bedrooms, lots of living space, it's ideal for a growing family, and it's presented in great order too! Definitely one to come and see for yourself!

Area Comment:
Ash Vale is a village that provides excellent commuter links for the A3 and M3, with various mainline stations including Ash Vale and Farnborough Main, as well as Ash station that serves Reading, Guildford and Gatwick. The village itself offers a wealth of local amenities and is very close to many green spaces and the popular Basingstoke Canal.
