* The house is renovated to a high standard including central heating, double glazing, smoke alarms, emergency lights, safety certificates and has a HMO license
* The communal spaces are tastefully decorated and perfect for getting to know your fellow housemates and promote a friendly Home and long standing tenants
* Has a lovely lounge with 2 large leather sofas
* Superfast 900Mb/s fibre optic broadband
* Has a very spacious kitchen/diner with lots of storage
* Has a lovely quiet landscaped back garden with a feature pond
* 5 Bedrooms
* 2 Bathrooms
* All bedrooms have room for desks, so ideal if you need privacy when working from Home
* Two parking permits (subject to availability)
THE HOUSEMATES
* Patrick, Trisha, Ian, plus Leyland who has only recently moved in so you wouldn't be the only newbie!
* Are all hard working friendly young professionals and get on really well and are looking for another like minded sociable housemate to replace Jacob who is moving out shortly
* Typically socialise, eat together some evenings and watch TV, and love a pub quizz
* They have a mix of interests including cooking, running, football, rugby, fencing, dancing, gymnastics, cycling, keeping fit and going to the gym, gaming, watching TV and movies, going to the pub, shopping and socialising. They also love music and travel, who doesn't?

* Is fully furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinet, chest of draws and wardrobe
* Has room for a DESK - so perfect for working from Home if needed

It has been a great place to live and can only be described as having been a “home” tenants have come and gone over that time but not particularly frequently as most have stayed for long periods of time. Julie has been a very good land lady during my time in the house, if there was a problem she got it sorted if I couldn’t and was always open to suggestions or improvements around the house and garden. It’s always been a very inviting place to live and was well regarded as the social hotspot amongst our extended friendship groups. I will miss this place and hope whoever takes on my room has as an enjoyable time there as I did!"

The house is in a great location just 10 minutes away from central Reading and the station and has great living spaces inside and out. I have got on so well with my housemates who have made me feel very welcome and introduced me to lots of new people. It makes a huge difference to a house being able to come back and watch TV together or go out and do things on the weekend. Moving to Reading and knowing absolutely no one this house was perfect for me and will be for anyone else who wants more than just a place to sleep.
Julie is a great landlord who gets things fixed quickly and is very easy to get in contact with should you need her. She's always on top of her duties and gives plenty of warning before she comes over. She also really listens to the house's opinion on potential new housemates and is happy to wait for someone who is a great fit."
