A big plus for me was that the building allows pets. I’ve really enjoyed living here – the friendly community, the central location, the convenience of having a Co-op downstairs (a lifesaver for those last-minute bits), and the fact that the flat is very economical.
While the flat doesn’t come with allocated parking, it’s never been an issue, as Parr Street (just behind the building), along with other nearby roads, offers plenty of residential parking.
All in all, it’s served as a wonderful first home for me and my dog.”
Where it is.
Ashley cross is the place to be! The “Village” itself has an array of facilities including a library, convenience stores, boutiques, doctors surgery, pharmacy etc. But there is also a vast selection of cafes, eateries, trendy bars and fashionable bistors. You can easily access local parks, schools and the town center. Parkstone train station is just a short walk away with its regular direct routes to London. Sandbanks beach is also just over 3 miles away. You literally have everything at your doorstep.
