"This was our first home after moving from London to Reading with our two-year-old and newborn, and it’s honestly been the perfect place to start our next chapter as a family.

What drew us in right away was the amount of space. The layout works so well. Everything feels open and connected, which has been amazing with young kids running around. The large rooms and open-plan living area made day-to-day life really easy and also meant we could host friends and family without ever feeling cramped.

The location has made life super convenient. We’ve got B&M and Waitrose just around the corner, plus local shops, takeaways and a nearby bus stop, which made getting into town or commuting really straightforward. We’ve also loved having great schools and nurseries nearby. It just ticked all the boxes for us as a young family.

Having our own allocated parking space was another huge bonus, especially on busy days or when you’ve got the kids and shopping in tow. And we’re really pleased the development is becoming a gated community this autumn. It’s a great step for added security and peace of mind.

One of the things we’ll miss most is how peaceful it is here. Our block only has two flats, so it’s just us and our one lovely neighbour upstairs. The caretaker’s office is just below too, which has been really handy whenever we’ve needed anything.

This has been a really happy home for us, full of memories, milestones, and lots of love. We’ll be sad to leave, but we know the next owners will love it just as much as we have."
